We organise transport of your purchase through reputable courier and freight firms. You must provide a private physical delivery address, such as a residence. You should also provide a phone number for the delivery person to call, if delivery is to be coordinated with someone’s presence at the address. If a person other than you, the buyer, takes delivery, that person acts in that situation as your agent for that action.

Delivery times depend upon where you are: we freight or courier from Auckland. However, for major centres and towns, you should expect delivery to be made within the following elapsed times, unless we advise you to the contrary within one day of confirming the order. North Island: Up to three working days; South Island: up to five working days.

Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the item purchased (so we don’t aim to make money on freight). Charges vary depending on the size and weight of the item purchased. The largest pieces tend to be the most expensive items to deliver. For rural addresses, we will occasionally need to confirm the freight price with you once we know the address for delivery.
From time to time we offer various products freight free. Special offers such as these are referred to on the individual product pages. (Here also we reserve the right to charge for delivery to rural addresses - email us for a quote)
